Steam heated ironers
Lapauw steam heated ironers are solid build units designed to guarantee at all times a high productivity at a high quality level.
The patented flexible hinged bed, heated by steam, presses the linen against a padded roll for increased production and superior finish. This pressing action combined with moisture evacuation through the roll allows the operator to iron and dry linen coming straight from a washer extractor with up to 55% moisture retention.
In addition the hinged bed is self-aligning and provides constant contact throughout the life of the padding. This system minimizes wrinkling of the linen and ensures minimal buildup of unwanted substances, thus ensuring an impeccable finishing quality.
